Introduction
The Treatment Workflow Status page shows the status of any treatment workflow ran for inception, de-designation or early termination workflows run from the Accounting Dashboard. Users can view the details and review treatment setup.
From the welcome page, navigate to Accounting > Accounting Dashboard:
From the Accounting Dashboard, navigate to Treatment Workflow Status:
- Note: Treatment Workflow Status is only relevant after an accounting workflow has been run to check on the status of that workflow. Workflows can be kicked off with the Take Action button as shown above. If no treatment workflows have been kicked off you will receive a message like the one shown below:
Treatment Status Summary
The Treatment Status Summary will appear for accounting treatment workflows (i.e. Run Inception, Edit Treatment, Early Termination, etc.). There are several columns which provide details into the batch and potential action items:
- Actions: link to view the accounting treatment details within ChathamDirect
- Chatham Reference Number: the unique system ID for the trade
- Status: provides further details into the success or failure of the treatments applied to individual trades
- Note: The Screenshot above also shows Open in Compass. This is a Chatham specific application and will not be available to end users
To view the treatment details for an individual CRN, click Treatment Details. You will be taken to a page with further details and have the option to manage treatments for that trade by selecting Manage Treatments in the top right corner (managing treatments is explained in detail later in the guide):
To view the status of your trade, you can go back to the treatment status summary dashboard. Here, you will see that the column provides further details into the success or failure of the treatments applied to individual trades. As the workflow is in progress the status will show as "Pending…" - once the workflow is complete, further details will be displayed:
