Set Up Reports for Automatic Delivery 

From the home dashboard page, navigate to Hedge Reports in the Reporting tab:



 

To access reports available for automatic delivery, select Valuation Report Templates on the left side of the screen:

 

 

Check the report you would like to set up for automatic delivery. Once a report has been checked the Delivery Settings button will appear. Select this to edit automatic delivery settings:




Customize your delivery feed by giving it a name. A Feed Name must be added:



Once you have named your feed, you can decide which format to receive the report in, as well as whether it will include current day trades:

  • Note: For some clients we do not recommend “Delimited (,)” as entity names commonly include a comma.

 

You are now ready to select the Delivery Method as well as the Recipients of the report. Select Email as the desired Delivery Method then enter an email address and select the plus (+) icon to the right:

   



The users shown below have now all been added for Email Delivery: 



SFTP: Select SFTP as the desired Delivery Method. Assuming an SFTP connection has been established, a list of available servers will drop down. Select the appropriate server connection:

 



As a control point, you can set up email confirmations for reports delivered via SFTP. Add recipients of the confirmation email like adding email recipients of reports:

 



You are now ready to select the Frequency the report’s delivery. There are several options in terms of the frequency of the report’s delivery.


Also, reports can be configured to run automatically for a given time period, if desired. Most clients will have at least one report set to run on a monthly basis to coincide with their month end process. Another common report style is to get a daily report for the mark-to-market valuations of the entire trading portfolio. Of course, there are many options and each client’s needs need to be assessed:

 

 

To complete the set up for automatic delivery, select the Save Delivery Settings button in the lower right-hand corner of the screen:  



Reports which have previously been set up for automatic delivery can be managed in the Report Delivery DashboardThe Report Delivery Dashboard can also be accessed via the Scheduled Reports button under the Reporting menu:



From here you can edit the automatic delivery settings, run the data feed (run the report delivery now regardless of normal delivery settings), delete the automatic delivery entirely, and view the history of deliveries.
