Download FX Trade Loader Template
Introduction
The Trade Tagging guide describes how to create, view, edit, and delete trade tags through ChathamDirect. An example detailing how to download trade loader templates with newly created trade tags is included. These trade tags can be utilized to assign several descriptive fields to a trade at once.
Trade Tagging
To set up trade tags, go to Trading > Trade Settings > Trade Tagging:
Fill in the Tag Name field, choose an option from the Field Type drop down, and type in the Field Value:
To add a field to a particular tag, click the + Add Field button:
Click Save at the bottom of the page to complete the setup:
After saving at least one trade tag, users can edit, delete or add a new tag on the Trade Tagging page:
Download FX Trade Loader Template
After setting up trade tags, you can download a new Excel transaction loader template by going to Trading > FX Transactions then click the Download Template button:
- Note: The Commodity trade loader template, navigate to Trading > Commodity Transactions
The FX template will include the Trade Tag field under the User Defined Fields section (columns AY):
